In June 2001,the ministry of education formally promulgated the foundation education course reform outline(try out)\",launched a new round of basic education curriculum reform.The window of the curriculum reform is put forward in the primary school grade 3-6 increase a comprehensive practice course as a required course.After the comprehensive practical activity courses,test development and promotion.More than a decade,the effect of comprehensive practical activity courses with wide attention in practice has accumulated a lot of research results.Because of the unique nature of the curriculum of comprehensive practice curriculum,implementation than the traditional discipline curriculum difficulty is big,the influence factors of implementation of the management to be more complex.The author based on the long-term practice and the study of the theory of education,education on behaviorism,Dewey's education thought and education thought,under the guidance of tao xingzhi's thought of education by applying the method of literature,to grasp the current research status,respectively designed the teacher and student,basic rules of questionnaire and interview from H city 40 primary school study,presents the elementary school in Harbin from two aspects of quantitative and qualitative management present situation of comprehensive practical activity courses.Comb through to the investigation data of system,put forward the assumptions affect Harbin city primary school comprehensive practical activity curriculum implementation management of five kinds of factors,in view of the questionnaire to obtain data,using the education statistics software SPSS,and the correlation analysis.In the process of data collection and analysis,the author found that the H city primary school in the process of the implementation of comprehensive practice curriculum management has some problems,such as policy documents to carry out the school-based curriculum development,and the shortage of teachers team construction,the mid-term faculty construction is a big problem.In order to promote the development of H city primary school comprehensive practical activity courses,the author from the perspective of government macro itself know puts forward some Suggestions to the teachers,in order to fight in the first-line teachers share,the effect of improving our city primary school comprehensive practical activity curriculum implementation and curriculum implementation management level.
