The Study On The Learning Behavior Deviation Of Migrant Children

In this paper, literature analysis, questionnaire investigation, interviewand case analysis method combined with the theoretical research were used tostudy and analyze the learning behavior deviation of migrant children. Studieshave found that they do have some good qualities, but also there are somebehavior deviations. In this paper, I analyzed the cause of migrant childrenbehavior deviation from four aspects, namely the family education, schooleducation, social influence and student characteristics; measures andsuggestions are put forward to improve learning behavior of migrant childrenin both school education and family education. We started from our schoolitself, paying more attention to this special group, ensuring that every studentcan receive fair treatment, ready to educate the code of conduct, reasonablethe faculties in work arrangement; meanwhile efforts have been made tochange teachers’ ideas, letting every teacher start from themselves, qualifiedthemselves, and teachers should pay more attention to cultivating and mentalhealth education of each child, giving them more love, creating a goodeducational environment for student to grow and develop. School work aloneis far from enough, we must rely on the family and society to cooperate withthe school education.In fact, every parent wants their children to be successful,but they are usually limited by capacity and knowledge powerless, withoutscientific method of education, which makes school education and familyeducation seriously out of line.In order to make the parents be more initiative,parents were taught to communicate with their children in right ways in theParents School, so as to cooperate with the school education. Parents wereequipped with education strategy, making the home education and schoolseducation coordinated, both in and out of schools education being integratedto help these migrant children to develop good study habits, with which theycan grow healthily and happily.
