With the fast developing of social economy and the improvement of urbanization level,a large number of working force in rural areas has gradually shifted to cities,resulting in a huge floating population phenomenon.The rural labor force has become one of the significant driving forces for the development of the city,however,this also leads to plenty of rural parents working in the city where children are left to the elderly to families to take care of,thus,these children become "left-behind children".Children are out of parents' supervision,moreover,due to the lack of parental care and guidance,deviations in learning behaviors appear in left-behind children.Their poor academic achievements are not only inconducive to the future development of themselves,but also to China's nine-year compulsory education development and prospects of our country.The number of "left-behind children" in China also reflects the importance of it.However,most of the researches on left-behind children's learning behavior deviations are based on macro-perspective,combining with educational equity and compulsory education in China,a large portion of which are studied and expounded by psychology and pedagogy.Few studies have been done from the microcosmic and specific perspective.As a serious social problem,the study on the deviations of learning behavior in left-behind children should be introduced more from the perspective of social work,especially in group-involved work.Based on the above,we took X village in Yangqu County as a proper case study,and made full use of the observation,questionnaire survey and interview to investigate the conditions of learning behavior deviation in Chinese left-behind children.The survey data were collected and analyzed,in which we summed up and concluded several main performances for the learning behavior deviations of "left-behind children",namely violating discipline,not having guidance and supervision and lack of reasonable learning methods and self confidence.Through the further analysis and investigation of "left behind children",we can find out main influencing factors come from society,family,school and children themselves.We utilized the available information and data,combined with the theory of social work,supported it with the social learning theory and planned team work scheme.Furthermore,there were six phases in our work,we formulated corresponding targets and objectives and finished them according to the standard,what's more,activity assessment were also made in accordance with the six activities to get the most authentic and accurate research results.Through group work,learning behavior deviations are improved,children's enthusiasm are aroused and ensure children's future development.At the same time,using the social work method to study the "left-behind children" problem are also beneficial to provide some reference for the related academic research.
