The fundamental task of the academies is to bring up new High-quality talent to meetthe need of the unit construction and development, In light of the current actual situation ofthe academies, classroom teaching is still the most basic way and also a primary means oftraining talent. The quality of classroom teaching will directly affects the quality of thetraining and the change of the unit productivity mode. Evaluating the classroom quality ofteacher is not only a core content of evaluating the teaching quality of the whole academies,but also an important basis to measure the knowledge level, teaching ability, teaching styleof academies teachers, in addition,it is a necessary means to improve the quality ofeducation. The evaluation of classroom teaching quality is an important measure foracademies to rebuilt correct ideas of running a school, highlight the centrality of teaching,deepen educational reform and improve the educational level, ensure the quality ofpersonnel training, and it is also an effective measure for academies and educationauthorities to macro-manage supervise and guide the academies teaching work. At thismoments. By combining education and management work experience at the academy,making full use of successful domestic and foreign education and management workexperience, and based on actual situations of academies, the paper try to build a academiesteaching quality evaluation system, which can promote teaching reform, improve teachinglevel and improve the quality of talent training of academies.This paper analyzes some kinds of classroom teaching quality evaluation methodssuch as artificial neural network, hierarchical analysis and expert marking method andintroduces the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method comprehensively. Fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method is based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Itturns qualitative evaluation into quantitative evaluation based on the fuzzy theory.That ismake an overall evaluation of things or objects that restricted by various factors by fuzzymathematics. It has the feature of making results clear and making system strong it also cansolve the obscure and difficult to quantify problem well, and it is also suitable forsolving all kinds of uncertainty problems. Each object of classroom teaching contains allkinds of properties that reflect the evaluation objects have different characteristics fromdifferent perspectives, and to some extent these characteristics are often ambiguous, that is they have the nonlinear characteristic, thus the Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methodwould be closer to the actual situation. From the application of fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation this paper design the academies classroom teaching quality evaluation systemthat based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, Finally, we make a reliability analysis toclassroom teaching quality evaluation by multivariate generalizability theory. The use offuzzy comprehensive evaluation makes the whole evaluation process more reasonable andit is benefit to the continuous improvement and innovation development of teachingevaluation.
