Accompany with the faster process of industrialisation and urbanization and the large demand of labour resources in the market, the structure of migrant people changed greatly as well as the size increased. One of the most prominent changes is that more and more people migrate in families gradually while they usually migrate alone before, and it shows the tendency that they are living in cities for a longer time. Therefore, a lot of migrant children are taken into cities. They have to face many difficulties: poverty of living life, limited schooling resources, still not easy to melt into cities and not high quality of family education.The researcher takes a middle school in Shenzhen Bao'an area as model , employs many methods as literature survey, questionnaire and interview , to investigate the concept of floating family, mode of education, the parenthood of migrant children and their parents. According to the questionnaire, observation in class and statistical analysis, the writer has found that the migrant children has been effected by the floating family in the pitch of regard, teaching method, and the cooperation of family and school. Therefor it focus on objective factor , external factors and education policy and thoery to analyse the influence, and also to appeal attention on floating family, thus improve education of migrant chidren.For the problems of migrant's family education, the thesis presents some references and suggestions for the family education of migrant children. It is suggest 1) to implement policy to strengthen the management of migrant children, improve public service. 2) to establish scientific education concept within a floating family. 3) to set up an ease and warm family for children. 4) to improve the communication between school and family. 5) to establish a synergetic system between the floating family, society and the environment.
