Ministry of Education promulgated a programmatic document for guiding current preschool education curriculum reform,preschool education guiding outline (trial enforcement) in 2001.It has been based on a new idea and planed preschool curriculum,preschool target ,curriculum content and curriculum implementation, which has been a sign of our country's preschool curriculum reform having entered a new stage. The study was done to get knowledge of status quo of implementation of the guiding outline and improve the level of implementation furder.The objects of this study were preschools in host urban areas of Chongqing city. Various methods such as questionnaire investigation , interview , observation , litirature analysis and material objects collecting were used to collect data. Analyse the data with SPSS (11.0) statistics software to probe the preschool teachers' recepetivity to science curriculum implementation in kindergartens , teachers' role behavior during process of science curriculum implementation in kindergartens and activity of kindergarten based teaching and research was an importmant factor which influenced teachers' science curriculum implementation in kindergartens.Results are indicated:Teachers' recepetivity to science curriculum implementation in kindergartens was comparatively high; Teachers' recepetivity was influenced by teachers' age, length of service as a teacher and educational background. Teachers were willing to take partment in science curriculum implementation; Pragmatism of science curriculum remained to be improved. Based on "Concerns Based Adoption Model" (CBAM),the dissertation assesses the Stage of Concerns(SoC) and Level of Use (LoU) of teachers in one-level kindergardens and other kindrgardens .Results are as follows:Preschool science curriculum had been implemented in some degree in all kinds of kindergartens,but there were differences during them; Activity of kindergarten based teaching and research was an important factor which influenced science curriculum implementation. The factors influenced science curriculum implementation included preschool science curriculum characteristic,teacher development and resource,curriculum leadership of kindergarden leaders, and framework of organization of kindergartens.Suggestions are as follows: Necessary to develop new pattern of teachers training to improve preschool teachers' science accomplishment and bring demonstrating kindergartens into play to improve the level of implementation in all kindergardens; The preschool leaders should reinforce theirselves' ability of curriculum leadership and make perfect the construction and management of teaching and research groups in kindergartens.
