With the globalization of the knowledge and economy, the development of the information ages, the importance of English has become increasingly conspicuous. English as one of the most important mediums of information has become the most widely used language in each area of human life. Therefore, people re-examine the English target, contents and method, think and research how to train the talented persons who adapts for the 21st century. In the meantime, the ages also give English teaching the unprecedented heavy responsibility, that is in the English teaching how to develop the students not only the language knowledge and language skills, but also the positive emotion attitude, to provide the necessary elementary knowledge, basic skills and good attitudes and values for the students'lifelong development, which becomes a problem that is urgently to be solved. The emotion objectives of the English teaching in junior middle school and the implementation strategies is just based on now, facing the future, and the research is under the background of the actual needs of the right moment.The first part of the thesis is based on the theory of the Classification of Educational Goals by Bloom, takes the"Senior High School English curriculum standard of Full-time Compulsory Education"(trial version) as the important backing, analyses the emotion objectives of the junior English course.The thesis introduces three stages of evolution of the English syllabus(curriculum standard) of our country. In the first stage, it emphasized on the notion that is"to mobilize the enthusiasm of the students","to enable them to learn English lively, vividly, actively";In the second stage, it stressed on the concept that is"to stimulate the student interest in learning and develop good study habits", and it proposed ideological feelings, even put the non-intelligence factors(interest, confidence, learning habits, self-learning ability, etc) at the first place;In the third stage, the"Senior High School English curriculum standard of Full-time Compulsory Education"(trial version) that was promulgated in 2001 put forward the emotion attitude as the English course goals, it illustrates the process of the place of the emotion attitudes in the English goals has changed from neglect to attention, and the education goals of the English course has changed from instructing knowledge to prompting all-round development of the students. All these reflect that the guiding ideology of the curriculum is adapted for the persons'all-round development, and reflect the integrity of the curriculum. The thesis focuses on the emotion objectives of the"standard"closely, try to investigate the implementation state of the emotion attitude objectives in the form of questionnaires and interviews, then analyses the existent problem in detail.The last part of the thesis, put forward some corresponding strategies combined with the problem which exists in the implementation process of the emotion objectives ,that are raised in"standard", such as interest, motive, self-confidence, will, cooperation, etc.
