English is one of the most important subjects in current Chinese education, but the nature of English is a language. The efficiency of learning a foreign language does not only depends on learners’ s cognitive ability, but also on whether they developed a positive emotion factor during the process of learning.So we can’t forget its main function that as a tool for people to communicate their thoughts and feelings. English learning not only contains knowledge and skills, but also content from emotional target and aspects from social culture. However, in practical teaching, the teachers always overlook those emotional elements which are vital. In process of new-curriculum reform, teaching aim is divided as: aims of language skill, aims of language knowledge, aims of emotion and attitude, aims of learning strategy, and aims of cultural notion. But at present, the implementation of emotion and attitude aim in primary school is not as good as we expect. There is no effective way to realize it. A majority of teachers are pay more attention on language knowledge and skills rather than emotion and attitude. As a result, students only equipped with language skills but lack of the language culture.This paper focuses on two points: first, how to develop the healthy emotion, positive attitude and proper values of primary school students, in order to make them achieve the complete progress; secondly, how to exert the positive action of the emotion attitude and values in the process of English learning to improve the results of language learning.At the process of creation of paper, first, special principles must be followed in order to achieve the effective implement on the emotion attitude and values curriculum objectives, such as making the curriculum an integrated, systematic and maneuverable one. Second, the support from inside and outside of school plays an important part in the realization of the emotion attitude and values curriculum objectives in primary school.Focusing on some problems of Emotion Attitude and Values in primary school, this paper is trying to put forward numerous value advice, which can give some support to the implementation of Emotion Attitude and Values in English teaching.
