Since 1920s and 1930s of the 20th century, studies about children's altruistic behaviors have become the hotspot issue in developmental psychology and social psychology. The available findings unanimously reveal that the development of altruistic behaviors in preschool children will lay a solid foundation for good interpersonal relationships when they grow up, and it is also the important part of sociality and personality. However, through observing children's daily altruistic behaviors, we have found that teachers sometimes fail to notice these behaviors due to limitations of time and energy. Even if some teachers do realize the potential importance of altruistic behaviors, they can not seize the opportunity of teaching owing to lack of related awareness and strategies, which will affect and limit the motivation and stimulation of children's altruistic behaviors. This study chooses children as subjects in three kindergartens, which differ from each other in operating character, concept and environment. Based on the study of altruistic behaviors in top class children, by combing quality with quantity, this study comprehensively researches the characteristics and influencing factors, and then puts forward reasonable suggestions, so as to promote the development of altruistic behaviors with effective methods. In this study, the researcher first makes a statistical analysis of the general actuality and distribution pattern of altruistic behaviors, and through sorting and treating the raw data, gradually summarize the general characteristics and main characteristics under five different situations, and further analyze the major influencing factors: influences of the individual children, parents, teachers, peers and the class culture. The paper finally makes some suggestions concerning the adult guidance, creation of the education environment and effective interventions.
