The Research Of Altruistic Behavior Of Top Class Young Children In Role-playing Games

Altruistic behavior which is a kind of prosocial behavior has an important value on the growth of children and the formation of character.Cultivating altruistic behavior is very important to obtain good social relations and social integration.However,from the existing research found that individuals in the preschool period have little altruistic behavior and it just started to develop.While parents and educators ignore of the development of child's altruistic during this period,there is little training to the altruistic.So this study tries to let parents and educators pay more attention to the development of child's altruistic behavior,explore the training methods of child's altruistic behavior so as to promote child's altruistic behavior and form a good character for children to better integrate into society.In the course of the study,the researcher went deep into the life of the kindergarten to explore the game plan which is fitted with and affect the child.Through the plan-implementation-reflection-adjustment in the course,the researcher continues to explore the advantageous method on child's altruistic behavior in order to form a complete and feasible training of the child's altruistic behavior education program.The study chooses two classes of a kindergarten as the research object,which one is participate group and another is control group.mainly in the "doll house","hospital"," restaurant" three kinds of role play as background,together with the class teacher to explore the methods of cultivating child's altruistic behavior.In the course of the study,the researchers implement the game plan for children and reflection adjustment;The situational test is used to test two pages,one is at the beginning of the action and another is the end of the action,which the child's scores were compared to altruistic behavior of children.In the process of the study the teacher uses participant observation,observe child's true performance,and record child's behavior,to get real research materials.Finally the research materials were summarized and analysed for the study results.Finally,according to the research purpose,research methods and materials and experiences during the study,the study results show that: firstly,the role-playing game has promoted the child's altruistic behavior;secondly,through the implementation of the plan of the action,to get more feasible role game action program to cultivate child's altruistic behavior.
