The development of children's altruistic behavior is of great significance to the formation of children's interpersonal relationships and personality qualities. In this study, children's altruistic behaviors are cultivated through the performance and practice of specific children's daily life scenarios. It's also to help lay the foundation for children to form good interpersonal relationships and develop good personality in the process of growth. There are many researches on children's altruistic behavior at home and abroad, mainly focusing on the interpersonal factors and conditions that affect children's altruistic behavior. On the basis of previous studies, this study compares the altruistic behavior of young children, including helping behavior, accommodating behavior and sharing behavior, and explores the influence of situational performance on the altruistic behavior of big class children, and for the kindergarten teachers to improve the child's altruistic behavior to provide some experience,so this study is of great theoretical significance, but also of great practical significance. In this study, action research method, experiment method and observation method were used to conduct self-composed scenario test on the children in a kindergarten class(randomly selected 65 children)as a pre-test.Meanwhile,remember to record the children's reactions. In order to confirm whether the situational performance is effective in fostering the altruistic behavior of young children,a group of young children is randomly selected as the experimental class(Group A),and the other class is used as the control class(Group B)after the situational test. There will be 8 scene performance exercises on all children in the experimental class, and no performance exercises in the control class. The eight situational performance exercises include helping behaviors, humility behaviors and sharing behaviors in altruistic behaviors. And the researchers regard the situational performance of helping others as multiple performances, followed by sharing behavior, and modest behavior. After the situational performance, the teacher reinterpreted the self-edited situational test(post-test)to record the differences between children's behaviors in helping others, sharing and humility, and gender differences. Then all of information will be analyzed the differences between family backgrounds combined with the investigation of parents' education level. The experimental results show that: in the process of situational performance, the children in the experimental class showed more altruistic behaviors of helping and sharing in the case of more interventions. There was no significant difference in gender in the altruistic behaviors of the large class children. The effect on the altruistic behavior of young children is not significant. However, the children whose parents are highly educated performed more favorably in the experiment. In other words, situational performance exercises have a good role in promoting the altruistic behavior of large classes of children.Teachers should improve the awareness of altruism in children, encourage homeland cooperation, and raise parents' awareness of altruism in children.
