| The first CBA-CUBA young basketball dual match was held in the polyversity of Wuhan and Hubei polytechnical university from December 28, 2005 to January 4, 2006. It has been already run for three so far. Since the professional reform of Chinese basketball in 1995, and CUBA league matches were created in 1998, this is the most extensive, most high-level match and communication, which is college high-level sports team of the university as subject. It is in CUBA match rule frame and young basketball training system that is under worker team and the organizational system of the club. It is significant to promoting the combination between body and teaching, and training reserve talents of basketball.Holding CBA-CUBA young basketball dual match is in order to accelerate combination between body and teaching, promote the resource-sharing among the university, worker team and club, cooperate in building together. It is a helpful trying in breaking system obstacle and system cutting apart. Meanwhile, it will contribute to temper the team, training rookies, and strengthen the connection and communication among each other. In that way ,it may train and support reserve talents for the Chinese basketball. It is also the only way of establishing the training system of new-type basketball personnel under the market economy condition.Through the document law, investigation method, observing method and logic analytic approach of, this text is carrying on researching to the third CBA-CUBA young man's dual match. It will be proceed from both sides technological statistics, athlete and coach in the dual match; to investigate both sides advantages of training and match in CUBA, CBA youth team's. Therefore, it may offer the relevant data, theoretical foundation for reserving personnel training of the Chinese men basketball and study to consult . The result of study shows:1. From age and height, CBA youth team has bigger development space, the youth team is still a main channel of training high-level sportsmen. The athletes are obviously insufficient in height in CUBA university team. It has been restricted the fast improving of CUBA team's level greatly. Thus, it restricts goal of sending basketball talents to higher-level.2. The coach of CBA youth team is mainly that ex-service athlete to teach directly. So CUBA coach lacks of the experience in training and leading a group of people. However, the academic credentials are obviously higher than CBA coach.3. The different ways of scores are relatively rational for CUBA university team. The team is relatively riper. But CBA youth team's is monotonous.4. CBA youth team's height has obvious advantages more than CUBA university team's. But backboard recovery, block ball do not embody the advantage. It is mainly because of the small age, the weight light, and lack of court experience. But as a whole, the desire of that defeating backboard recovery in two groups of youth team is not strong, the number of people to join and rob is only little. They both need to strengthen comprehensional reboard training effectively, especially the cultivation of consciousness for backboard recovery.5. Two teams quick attack tactics are used relatively deficient. There are many times to break the rules and count. Main reason is to move incompletely positive step, too much hand movement, select location to be improper, incorrect to shield movement and lead to the fact in time.6. The star athletes have outstanding function. Through observing live, star athlete's technology is outstanding. There are obvious characteristics in position technology. It is a victorious key factor of the match.
