Purpose: A five year round appraisal work soon ended, this article in view of the Xinjiang university the question which, how the undergraduate course teaching appraisal indicator system existence limitation and the insufficiency will expose in the undergraduate course teaching appraisal as well as appraises guides the Xinjiang higher education's development direction and so on to conduct the special study in the future, will provide the valuable experience and the theory instruction for the next round appraisal, will guide Xinjiang various universities to establish the internal teaching appraisal persistent effect mechanism, will even more take the higher education appraisal by the time government and the structure of society the theory and the practice research, perfect current higher education appraisal system.Methods: 1) the literature comments reads the law: In the consult massive literature and in consultancy expert's foundation, independently designs the questionnaire, and after pre-investigation revision. 2) questionnaire survey procedure: According to the investigation and study need, chooses the Xinjiang Medical college, the Xinjiang University, the Xinjiang Normal university, the Xinjiang Agricultural college, the Xinjiang Institute of finance and economics and so on 5 universities to carry on the investigation, removed various universities at that time to go abroad, the outside areas to take advanced courses and to hold a meeting and so on factors not in the school personnel, altogether has provided 600 questionnaire to 5 universities, had 3 universities according to various universities population proportion to provide 100, two universities have provided 150. The questionnaire altogether has recycled 543, the questionnaire returns-ratio is 90.5%, effective questionnaire 538, questionnaire effectiveness is 89.7%. 3) interview law: Investigates the interview which in the process uses mainly to use two ways: First, the foothold questionnaire result diagnosis result, the proof type interview which carries on view of the individual; Second, the foothold questionnaire survey analysis result, the investigation and study type interview which carries on view of the individual Administrative unit. 4) data statistics: Uses the constitution compared to, the T-test, The Multi-dimensional Linear Regression to carry on the data analysis.Results: 5 university's investigation's basic situation result showed: Is approved of the development teaching appraisal mostly by comment, thought that the development teaching appraisal is necessary, to carries out the teaching appraisal to hold the affirmative attitude.
