As one of the biggest countries in the world, there are many cultural and geographical differences in China. Therefore, a single national P.E. curriculum cannot meet the demands in colleges and universities in different areas. It's necessary to develop a P.E. curriculum which better fits for the requirement. This should be based on the new concept and the advanced theory of education in China and in the world, together with the educational resources and the interests of the college students.According to the Theory of Multiple Intelligences, everyone has multiple intelligence and different intelligence integration. This psychological theory also sheds light on education. as an important complement to national curriculum, school-based curriculum refers to some achievements in the research of multiple intelligence and embodies the diversity and suitability of curriculum. The implementation of the school-based P.E. curriculum will surely accelerate the physical education in colleges and universities and the all-round development of the students.Based on the Theory of Multiple Intelligence, this essay investigates the school-based P.E. curriculum in colleges and universities and proposes the system of curriculum design, implementation and evaluation.
