Throughout the social demand of talents, we found that the trend of individuation, specialization and creative has become a major considerations criteria. How to promote the development of personality and high school? How do real respect the student individuality? What is the real meaning of the development of students' individuality? Each of these is the education workers in thinking and research problems. As students of diversification and diversified demands intelligent differences between paid close attention to by people gradually, "people-oriented", promoting the comprehensive development of students on the basis of individualized education development has become a hot issue.Basic education curriculum reform, encouraging schools with the students interests and needs, our tradition and advantage, development or select the courses, to improve and enhance the selective course for students of course, promoting the students' individual development.
