But at present our country middle and primary school moral education management still exist in the target is too high and lack of hierarchy, management content is too far away from the students' cognitive world, management method to teach non-computer majors, give priority to, the management on the evaluation of the phenomenon such as ignore students' differences. Factors that led to the present situation existence is various, not only the problems existing in the school management, also have come from the understanding of the society, and from the influence of parents. Objective analysis and accurate grasp of these factors, to study how to improve the effectiveness of primary and secondary school moral education management is of great significance.Based on the widely read the theory of multiple intelligences, primary and secondary school moral education management, and other related literature, on the basis of current moral education of primary and secondary schools the status quo and the guidance of the theory of multiple intelligences. At the same time, using the method of questionnaire survey, 8 of jiashan county school teachers and students handed out questionnaires, master the actual situation of jiashan county primary and secondary school moral education management. Put forward using the theory of multiple intelligences have equal intelligence, intelligent differences, intelligent landscape and intelligent development concept to guide the promotion of our primary and secondary school moral education management.The paper puts forward three Suggestions: using the theory of multiple intelligences to guide family education, guide the construction of system, using the theory of multiple intelligences guide the construction of "school-based curriculum" development system, using the theory of multiple intelligences "multivariate evaluation" implementation of the system.
