Along with reform and opening-up go to more thorough and the conversion of the whole market economy environment, the educating mode of stipend and free of tuition fee in our technical secondary school has got a transition to pay the tuition fee to get the entrance to school and student loan, the tradition mode of all the cost assumed by the government has changed to students and government burden the cost together, the government supply facility, educating most of the expense of experiments, the students burden the common items of the expenses. And then, there would be more students of the right age could be educated. However, the corresponding problems emerge as the times require. Spending the tuition fee for three years, can the students get feat jobs? Both the students and the parents would think over the matter of the degree of satisfaction of investing and redound. And then the matter would affect the choosing specialized field. Therefore, from the point of view of the technical secondary school, to insure the most graduators start a career successfully, enhance the rate of intent be compassed, would be the important matter have respect to the school's existence and development and whether our educating system and educating mode could adapt the community's development. In the view of the community's development, better-to-applied technical secondary school graduators are comparatively absence, but the graduators can not always get appropriate jobs, that is not only waste to manpower sources, but waste of the educate input, and it also affect to the stability of the community. The school deal with professional education should see to the community and the development to the school itself. However, to make the students successfully obtain employment is not a short-term act, at least to be affinitive to the study and exercise in the whole school time, and also affinitive to the students training themselves, it is the most important factor to educators to get a good job. Well then, how to provide the appropriate careers guidance to the graduators, make the students become the helpful person to society, find the nicety position to the graduators'survival and development in a time. That is the pressing, formidable and challenging mission which the career guidance branch have to face.
