In view of the problems, such as, vocational guidance work of secondary technical school is weak, the polytechnic school student professional quality cannot meet Employer's requirements, and the employment rate is somewhat low, to optimize the teacher resources for the conformity and strengthen the vocational guidance work. Together with our school leaders, I gave the proposal to implement the vocational guidance tutorial system. To propose that the leader and class form a pair of antithetical phrases, the teacher and the student form a pair of antithetical phrases, promote mutual exchange and cooperation, bring the team strength into play. According to each student's professional quality and to the different understanding to the occupation, We carry on different methods, the vocational quality of our students are improved greatly.According to the study, we can find it is necessary to implement the vocational guidance tutorial system. It is beneficial to improve teacher's enthusiasm and bring the team strength into play, to adjust contradictory of different beneficiary from specialized middle school education. It is beneficial to students'professional psychology growth, accelerating transformation to the"professional person". At the same time, it is also necessary to teacher human resources management and development theory, to recessive curriculum silent knowledge transmission and student multi-dimensional intelligence development. It made very good effect in practice. Based on the teaching practice of our school, the study not only summarize the good education effect which the vocational guidance tutorial system brings, reconsider the problem appearing in practice, but also construct the detailed implementation strategy for vocational guidance tutorial system.There are three parts totally.
