In the field of early childhood education, private kindergarten must highlight their personality, persist the "characteristics" as the core content of the road to development, prove their own value through its own characteristics development, which as a useful supplement to public kindergartens. It is an inherent requirement of the development of private kindergartens to walk the Characteristics road , and it is the positive, proactive process which accompanied by the emergence of private kindergartens. How to take a good characteristics development road? Private kindergartens'characteristics development can not only start from the management , but also the service. However, It is the kindergarten curriculum advantages and characteristics that determine their characteristics development to step into the senior level . The study of the kindergarten-based curriculum development in the background of Private kindergartens characteristics development have important theoretical and practical significance to the development of Private kindergartens , and even the entire private education.To do this research, I used qualitative research methods, it is better suited to the micro level of other things on the plus analysis and description; To facilitate a better understanding of the real action process of kindergarten-based curriculum development in complex natural conditions.Using qualitative research methods, but also from my own research experience. I take my own as research tools, to study the private kindergartens'characteristics development and kindergarten-based curriculum development of Wan Jie Zhaoyang Preschool Department ,that will be introduced to my counterparts to do draw.In this paper, it gives an interpretation of the characteristics development and kindergarten-based curriculum development of Wan Jie Zhaoyang Preschool Department from a historical perspective, conducts reflective study this kindergarten's characteristics development in the planning and implementation, kindergarten-based curriculum development in launching,in an attempt to reveal some law things of kindergarten-based curriculum development in the background of private kindergartens'characteristics development. Through thinking and analysis, I believe that in the context of private kindergartens'characteristics development, kindergarten-based curriculum development should have the following conditions: a clear and unique kindergarten purposes and education philosophy; Science, democratic and open kindergarten management; High-quality teaching staff; Scientific and effective education and scientific research,and the following characteristics:democratic, flexibility, diversity, uniqueness. In practice there are still a lot of problems, if we can resolve these problems, the kindergarten-based curriculum development will be conducted more smoothly, but also be played a more forceful role in promoting characteristics development . In the article, the author put forward his own proposals.Under the guidance of research topics , the kindergarten-based curriculum development will in turn promote private kindergartens characteristics development, make characteristics of kindergarten show a comprehensive, put the professional growth of teachers into fact, and develop child more comprehensively and harmoniously.
