With the opening up of the state's two-child policy and the improvement of the People's economic level,the state and families are paying more and more attention to the development of early childhood education,but at present the number of public kindergartens can not meet the rapidly rising social demand for kindergarten admission,as a result,the number of non-governmental kindergartens is growing rapidly,and the proportion of non-governmental kindergartens continues to climb.The quality of non-governmental kindergartens has become a key issue concerned by the state and the society.As the leading goose of non-governmental kindergartens,its quality and ability are the key to the improvement of the quality of non-governmental kindergartens,how to effectively promote the professional development of private kindergarten principals has become a major theoretical and practical problem that must be studied and solved.In order to make up for the lack of general research,this paper explores the professional development of private kindergarten principals from the perspective of group.Based on the theories of structure and function,symbol interaction and achievement motivation,this study uses narrative research methods,this paper makes a deep analysis on the professional development of the four heads of private kindergartens from the aspects of personality,family environment,education environment,work environment and social environment.On the basis of fully understanding the professional development of four private kindergarten principals,the author sums up the personal,family,kindergarten(institute),social and other factors that affect the professional development of private kindergarten principals.Finally,based on the above analysis,the author puts forward some suggestions to promote the professional development of private kindergarten principals: Emphasizing self-improvement,grasping the important others,strengthening the support of kindergarten and improving social security.
