In the context of the new curriculum reform, Kindergarten Education as a vital part of Basic education, its tension between theory and practice requires the kindergarten teacher training focus on specific nursery practices. As one of the park form of the training, Kindergarten-based Training has its unique advantages:the garden-oriented, based on nursery practices, targeted, flexibility and other characteristics. Thus, Kindergarten-based Training came into being. Kindergarten-based Training is the early childhood teacher training which Initiated by the nursery organization and conducted in kindergarten, in order to meet the Kindergarten's development goals and the Preschool Teacher's needs.Kindergarten-based Training as effective form of the training, received widespread attention in early childhood educators, and has achieved many results in the theory and paractice.But Kindergarten-based Training still in the initial stage, there are still many weak links and many neglected problems. In particular in the private kindergartens in China, the teaching staff is not optimistic. Therefore, this paper uses the case law, literature, surveys, field observation, etc, survey in the Rich representation of the Little Golden Star International Kindergarten. Then summing up the results in the process of Kindergarten-based Training of exploration and practice, analyze the problems and the causes of theirs, on the basis of summing up experiences and migration experience of school-based training, come to address the recommendations of Kindergarten-based Training, provide some idea of the Kindergarten-based Training for the private kindergartens, provide some suggestions to the teaching staff in kindergarten.
