Socialist Concept Of Honor And Disgrace And Quality Education For Contemporary College Students

The seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party has put forward the education oriented at the height of promoting social construction's six tasks which focus on people's livelihood improvement, called for the full implementation of our Party's education policy, people-educating centered, moral education first, implementation of quality education, and the improvement of modernization level of education, training the comprehensive development of socialist builders and successors. The contemporary college students is the main force in socialist modernization construction, the quality of them directly impact the socialist modernization process. Therefore, the development of quality education for college students is not only the choice based on the long-term development of Chinese higher education, but also the only way to socialist builders training and socialist modernization realization. Socialist concept of honor and disgrace is the combination of traditional virtues of the Chinese nation and the spirit of nations and the time. It's the manifestation of the socialist ethics, morality and values of precision. Vigorously promoting the socialist concept of honor and disgrace has great significance to the comprehensively implement the scientific concept of development, building a socialist harmonious society and building a socialist spiritual civilization. This paper describes the characteristics and meaning of the constraints of contemporary college students' quality education from pedagogy perspectives of the quality education, combines the socialist concept of honor and disgrace, and discusses how to strengthen quality education for college students.This paper is divided into five parts. First, the article compares the three different connotations on quality, quality education and quality education for college students as the breakthrough point and then describes the unique features and significance of quality education for college students. The second part, from domestic and foreign university students' development of quality education, analyzes the problems of quality education of contemporary college student; identifies the constraints of college students' quality education development. The third part, from the perspectives of the socialist concept of honor and disgrace, the paper describes the relationship between college students. The fourth part is the focus of this paper, it starts from the main body of education, education object, the content of education, education and education environment five aspects, makes a number of suggestions, and tries to interpret the inner relationship between socialist concept of honor and disgrace and quality education for college students promotion and proposes the socialist concept of honor and disgrace and how to promote the development of quality education in perspective. Finally, it's about the future development of quality education for college students and also points out the current development of the students quality education's difficulties and explains the guiding strategy.
