Study On The Present Situation And The Strategies Of The Teacher's Procession Construction In Secondary Vacational School

With the reform and development of secondary vocational education, there are some achievements on the teacher's procession construction in secondary vocational school of China. But, there are still some problems. In the light of present situation, the deep and careful study on the problem of teacher's procession construction can be said a very meaningful work.This dissertation puts forward the theoretical basis of the teacher's procession construction at first. That is the teacher's vocational qualification and its growing law, the feature of the teacher's needs and the relative theory of incentive. Then, according to the investigation of the present situation of teacher's procession construction, this thesis mainly analyzes the problems of teacher's procession construction which urgently need to be resolved, such as the unreasonable fundamental structure,the vocational attitude needs to be corrected,the pity of continuous education in existence etc. At last, in the light of present situation, this paper points out the corresponding strategies with the drawing on the experiences of foreign countries such as Germany,USA,Japan,Russia etc. They mainly include the forming of multiple-channel,open training mode of vocational teachers, the strong enhancement of vocational teacher's construction, the construction and improvement of regulations of teacher's continuous education,teacher's qualification,teacher's appointment and the mechanism of how to arouse the activeness.
