The nation's hope lies in education,the hope of education in teachers. Training and building a teachers procession of high-quality is a common issue of every country. Since the reform and opening, China has been rapidly development in education in Chinese traditional medicine, the building of the procession of teachers has made remarkable achievements, the procession of both of full-time and part-time and the relative stability teachers has initially formed that can meet the requirements of teaching. But since the 21st century, the pattern of education has dramatically occurred changes so that many secondary had to advance, combine, transfers, stop. The existing school is facing the embarrassing and difficult situation that is recruit, teaching and taking up occupation. on the new situation, investigating and analyzing problems and making recommendations to building the procession of teachers in Chinese medicine school has played an important role to the promotion of Chinese medicine school.After investigating and analyzing only one middle school in the five provinces in northwestern-Chinese medicine schools in Gansu Province, we think that the number of teachers should be supplied by multi-way and multi-channel in Chinese medicine schools. To improve the basic structure of the procession of teachers and teaching quality, it should combine full-time and part-time teachers, improve stuff of double-competence, strengthen ethics and change concepts of education, improve teaching quality. A school-based continuing education will strongly optimize the knowledge structure of teachers, at the same time, we should strengthen management, establish and improve the incentive system, raise teacher pay and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers. And the country should give the necessary support in order to build a contingent of professional and part, sufficient quantity, quality, reasonable structure and adapt to the development of the middle school in Chinese medicine.
