A Research Into The Current Situation Of The Insurance Of Student And Influence Of The Safety Of Physical Education As Jiangxi Province

This article analyzes the importance of students' safety insurance, in the meanwhile, reveals the severe situation of students' safety insurance market in Jiangxi province and in the whole country discusses the reasons why the students' safety insurance market changes from prosperity to decline, analyzes the favorable influence of students' safety insurance on PE teaching and provides related measures and advises for it through a great numbers of examples and statistics.The lack of students' security mechanism results in serious risk of students, which along with serious risk during education, makes not only teachers for physical education but also school afford both spirit and economic pressures. Thus the physical education in school in confronted with a deep end that it has never met before. Restricted by serious risk in physical education, the plan and measure for physical education badly influence the quality of physical education in school and seriously baffle the improvement of students' body constitution and that increase the difficulty for national diathesis education. A lot of profitable advices on students' safety insurance, which can enhance the students' safety insurance in commercial insurance, are given in this article so that the students' safety insurance can provide circumspect guarantee for students, furthermore, the school and teachers for physical education can remove the mental obstacles to involve in physical education, implement the innovation of physical education and at last realize the aim for national diathesis education.By investigation and analysis in many aspects, the author thinks that the reasons why the students' safety insurance in Jiangxi province and China changes from prosperity to decline are as follows: dim in insurance conception, insufficient advertisement, block in distribution channel, increasing of sales cost, "unlawful backhander", etc. Aiming at the above-mentioned difficulties, this thesis provides the relative measures such as: enhance advertisement to advance the change on conception, strengthen legislation for insurance, widen the distribution channel to update the insurance, strengthen supervision to accelerate the fair competition, increase investment for insurance.The conclusion is obtained after research in this thesis:1. The security system for teenager is very perfect in some developed countries of international.2.The students' safety insurance spreaded quickly in China in 1985, and the Insure against rates had been above 95%. Due to the unnormal operation ,the government was beginning to make interference with it. The government's regulation was that the insurance must obey the principle of Volunteer. As the result of that regulation the Insure against rates was decreased badly. The condition of teenagers' insurance now looks like vacuum.3.The students' safety insurance of Jiangxi province is in this condition now, and the Insure against rates has been decrease highly. Furthermore the deficit condition of students' safety insurance in some insurance company is also due to the increase of cost.. As the result of that condition some company is beginning to withdraw from the market of the students' safety insurance.4.The schools are in awkward condition on this thing. Because the schools are facing great pressure that from society. The Schools and the P.E teachers are restrained by the pressure in teaching process. The reform of P.E course is facing great challenge and affect the teenagers' Body constitution health condition .5. The students' safety insurance is an important work , it is very helpful to construct the harmonious society. The people and the country is both benefit from it The students' safetyinsurance should be understood and held by the entire society.Therefore, the following advices are given: clear the conception on students' safety insurance, government should law to protect the teenagers' sound in body and mind, the school can be charge of insurance, insurance company should develop more insurance type suitable for students, parents should take insurance as one of the responsibility for their children, the responsibility for physical harm accident should be clearly measured off.
