| "Assessment" is always like "bottleneck" in the process of advancing the curriculum reform and it may restrict or even influence the success of the reform in many aspects. Therefore the successful reform of assessment can directly improve the reform of functions, structure and content of the courses and make changes in the approaches that students learn and teachers teach. Establishing the evaluative view of "basing on the students' development" and adapting the exploration and research to the required evaluative strategies is one of the difficulties to overcome in the process of reform. The thesis focuses on the live issues of the reform—classroom teaching assessment and endeavors to set up the evaluative way of students' evaluation of teaching in the new curriculum classroom teaching assessment of the high school biology.The research of the essay concentrates on two aspects. One is making out evaluation table for students to evaluate the biology lesson according to the questionnaire and experts' speech. The other is making use of this table in the evaluation of biology class.Evaluation indexes are selected from the theoretical and empirical research. View of modern teaching quality, theory of biology new curriculum, and features of biology lesson are the theoretical basis of evaluation indexes. In order to set up students' evaluation indexes for teaching evaluation biology new curriculum in high schools through empirical study, we did a survey named "Questionnaire about Biology New Curriculum Teaching Evaluation (for Students)". The survey was carried out among the students of senior 2 and senior 3 of five high schools in Changshu. That is, Jiangsu Province High School, Lian Tang Middle School and Hai Yu High School. Factors analysis is applied to this survey. We select 12 main factors, we made a Student Assessment Standard of the Teaching Assessment in the class of New Curriculum in Biology Lesson. Evaluation scale includes 10 aspects:①be passionate and energetic when you're giving lessons so that the students' attention can be caught.②explain the profound in simple terms, give prominence to the focal points, and promote the key points with a clear clue.③teach in a scientific and accurate way and practice in an accurate and skilled way.④be good at setting up circumstances, motivating the interest of students, and good interaction make surrounding feeling active.⑤be good at using modern education technology, know how to design and present irreplaceable teaching content.⑥organize the teaching content, try to contain as much information as possible; update the teaching content, which reflects the frontier of biology and the latest results.⑦combine practice and theory, notice to develop the ability of analyzing and solving problem of students.⑧face to all the students, attach the teaching procedures, pay attention to learning strategies, and make the students experience the learning procedures.⑨achieve the teaching goals, train on the spot, and keep self-study within a high rate.⑩the teacher's exemplary teaching is helpful for students to teach and behave themselves. The practice and research for students' evaluation of teaching is carried out in Senior 1, Jiangsu Province Changshu High School, in the process of which, the establishment of the system of evaluations and steering, the lesson preparation in a group, the well-designed teaching, the active involvement of the students and other measures are used to compare the before and after teaching assessment figures and the case study of one student or one teacher, and Jiangsu Province Changshu High School Students' evaluation of teaching is used in four experimental classes and the above-mentioned evaluative table is also used. Through the contrast between before and after experimental study, the effect that students' evaluation of teaching to improve the classroom teaching assessment of biology can be judged.The conclusion is: 1.The reform of teaching gets promoted .2. student's subjectivity is strengthened. 3.Teachers' affinity is the most important factor that influences the evaluations of teaching. 4. The field that students pay close attention to classroom teaching most is the degree in which students are attracted by the biology lessons; innovation and feelings;the usage of teaching skills;with the reference of the Teacher Questionnaires and Professor Speech.Finally, based on this practice, suggestions concerned are put forward on the establishment of scientific and effective evaluating system, the use of Teaching Evaluation, the improvement of feedback system, the study of effectiveness and practicability of teaching evaluation, and the re-evaluation of students' evaluation. |
