Then it build a set of platforms to incorporatethese theories——the coordinated platform of the human resource market in urbanand rural areas,the complementary platform of production factors in urban and rural areas,and the corresponding agency platform in urban and rural areas. At last it suggests advancement for the system and guarantees a new innovative solution.From the perspective of human resources, the article introduces new research theories to do some research on urban and rural areas which are different from the old research structures.
