Throughout the world economic development,human resources and innovative entrepreneurial ability have become the two key elements to promote the economic growth of a country or region.In view of uncoordinated development,uneven distribution,unreasonable structure in the current development of China's regional human resources and innovative entrepreneurial ability,through qualitative and quantitative analysis,theoretical and empirical analysis,analysing and discussing the present situation,problems and interaction mechanism of the two,in order to form a positive interaction relationship between regional human resources and innovative entrepreneurial ability.This is of great theoretical and practical significance to the strategy of the talent power and the balanced and coordinated development between the regions.This paper takes regional human resources and innovative entrepreneurial ability as the research object,taking 29 provinces in the mainland as research samples,and makes in-depth theoretical research and empirical analysis of the interaction between regional human resources and innovative entrepreneurial ability in China.The main contents include three parts:(1)Clarify the connotation of regional human resources and innovative entrepreneurial ability,understand and analyze the current development,characteristics and existing problems of the two,and qualitatively analyze their interaction mechanism in theory.(2)Establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system,and comprehensively use Pearson correlation coefficient,cluster analysis and coupling coordination method to further analyze the interaction relationship between regional human resources and innovative entrepreneurial ability in 2015:(1)The correlation coefficient between regional human resources and innovative entrepreneurial ability is 0.771,and there is a significant positive correlation.(2)Cluster analysis shows that the development of regional human resources and regional iinnovative entrepreneurial ability is not in a state of synchronization.(3)The coupling and coordination degree between human resources and innovative entrepreneurial ability is in the range of 0.066-0.682,that is,there is a large regional difference between the highly dysfunctional recession class and the primary coupling coordination class,indicating that the benign interaction mechanism of the coupling and coordinated development between the two is not yet formed.(3)On the basis of the above theory and the results of the empirical analysis,some suggestions are put forward to promote the coordinated development of regional human resources and innovative entrepreneurial ability.
