The reform of PE curriculum, based on need of the development of society and education, is a process with qualitative change which develops the useful and discard the useless. It changes direct thought, object, content, method, evaluate of former PE.The reform of PE curriculum relates to physical education and social condition. The core is practice of the standard of PE curriculum. This process is complete systemic and unitary and there are much of unrespectable and uncertain in the whole of the process. It obviously relates to the complete extent.From the course of PE ,the reform includes the conflicts in ideas, methods and evaluate of organization etc. Among valuable tropism of PE course and new and old standard of PE course. The PE teachers support and the advantage to PE teachers and students which the reform of PE curriculum takes and educational administration' safeguard and so on. From the outside influencial factor, it includes authorization and declared extent of parents and all kinds of media to the reform of PE curriculum. From the whole aspects, PE curriculum actualization is a course that attemper factors of affecting PE curriculum and balance the relationship between standard of PE course and practical condition then contribute a new culture of PE course.This paper adopts literal informatin, questionnaire, statistics, visiting the experts and use questionnaire to PE teachers of senior high school in Datong, Taiyuan ,Changzhi and Linfen etc. From the research . The conclusion is (1)Reform of Physical Education in Shanxi Province is positively implementing and has completed its training of "Curriculum Criterion" for senior high school; this reform is in stage of experiment that conforms to the whole plan of our country. (2)Physical Education teachers of normal senior high school in Shanxi Province has active consciousness for the implementation of " Physical Education and Health Curriculum", their ages and educations levels are accordance with the implementation request of this curriculum. (3)Physical Education teachers of normal senior high school in Shanxi Province are trying a new idea of "Curriculum Criterion" that guiding Physical Education teaching, and they are mainly on the basis of Physical Education Outline. Therefore, the ideas of Physical Education and Health Curriculum are still being formative phases.
