University instructors' special-orientation is advantageous to stabilize instructors' team, improve instructors' social and academic positions, improve the whole quality of instructors and strengthen the actual effect of university's moral education. This is the subject that we must attach great importance to and solve in the work of current strengthening and improving ideological and political education of university students. This paper draws support from relevant theories, such as higher educational management and human resources management, quotes experiences of national universities' instructors' team construction, mainly uses the ways of document and investigates, does some theoretical explorations about how to go into occupation-orientation for university instructors' team.This paper aims at some problems, such as the university instructors' team is not stable, the system of management is not smooth, personnel structure is not reasonable, the self structure of instructors needs to be raised. This paper thinks about the reasons that cause these problems mainly are: the leaders of management's lacking scientific ideas of moral education leads to the duty of instructors' team are not clear. multiple that upper one-sidedness of policy brings about on stability , management system being able to not ensure the team manages , tests and assesses mechanism faultily to have affected the development of occupation-orientation team.Secondly, analyzes first the connotation and standards of university instructors'special-orientation. The connotation of instructors is described mainly from instructors' special skills, duty standard and occupation accomplishment. The standard of instructors is explained by occupation qualification, occupation target and occupation objects, and points out the necessities of strengthening and improving university instructors' team. University instructors' special-orientation is a systematic and comprehensive project. The study about this subject needs to break the restriction of traditional systems of management, stands at the demands the new situation to the quality of university instructors' special-orientation, and develops the exploration of the ways of university instructors' occupation-orientation construction.Finally, through quoting the management model, consulting the ways of American university's students managing things and combining the factual situation in our country's universities, this paper puts forward specific countermeasures of strengthening instructors' team construction and management. Put colleges and universities Human Resource Management into practice , found corresponding administration; The perfect instructors educates the quality training system , improving comprehensive quality of instructors; adopt instructors system of employment , tenure of office to test and assess incentive mechanism, such as job subsidies system , brings enthusiasm of instructors' team into play sufficiently , makes the colleges and universities instructors trend special-orientation becoming necessity.
