In the modern world, more and more people begin to pay attention to the infant education and they think the child should get education from their birth. Meanwhile relevant researches are more and more, however, the children's mothers who effect the infant education deeply are still ignored by most of people, and researches on their qualities of educating children are rare, actually, the author has not found the detailed study on mothers'qualities of educating their children. The economy and culture of rural areas in our country lag behind cities, so the rural infant education falls behind and children's education depends on their mothers. From this, it can be seen that it is necessary to study on how to improve rural mothers'educational qualities. This paper bases on the countryside actual situation and takes Fan County of Henan Province for example. It studies deeply on the infant education way of rural mothers in children's early childhood education, analyzes the present situation of mothers'qualities of educating children especially on the problems existing in rural mothers'education to their children, and tries to find the causes, characteristics and background of the problems. In the end, it offered advice and measures to improve mothers'qualities of educating children. This paper can be divided into three parts besides the Introduction. The Introduction mainly includes researchable problems of this paper, relevant theoretical basis, literature review from home and abroad, the purpose and significance of the study, the progress and methods in this paper and so on.The first part of main body is the presentation on principal problems of rural mothers'qualities of educating their children age from zero to three. It analyzes and summarizes the results of questionnaire and interview, and then finds the main problems existing in rural mothers'qualities of educating their children age from zero to three. The problems are as follows:the rural mothers'degree of education is low; they can not realize fully the importance of children's early education and the role themselves in children's growth; do not know the effect of children's fathers in the infants'growth; the rural mothers lack of scientific ideas of educating the children and so on. The author analyzes the main causes of the problems existing in rural mothers'qualities of educating children in the second part and the causes are:the basic education of countryside still falls behind cities and the rural girls'received educated conditions are bad; the ways of rural mothers'learning to educating children are traditional and simplex; the social propagation on knowledge of educating children for countryside is very little; the motivation to continue studying of rural mothers in daily life is not enough.There are some measures and advice offered for improving rural mothers'qualities in educating children in the third part. Firstly, the relevant departments should foster public consensus and social cohesion to support rural mothers'development; provide conditions for supplying the chances for rural mothers'study; the rural mothers should develop positively concept of scientific education and other qualities; strengthen rural basic education and lay a solid foundation for rural women's qualities in educating children.
