The Present Conditions And The Study Of Developing Strategies Of Educational Information Transform In Secondary Hygiene Vocational School Of Gansu Province

To achieve educational information transform is one of the most important acts in pushing on quality education in full scale. It is not only the effective way of reform and development of our country's education, but also the most important content in achieving educational information transform. In resent years, information technique has been applied extensively in school education and adopted by many schools. It has obtained virtually progress in both the funds investment and the applications and development of the stages of software and hardware. It is not very long to apply the educational information transform in hygiene vocational schools, especially in western areas, where economy is fallen behind and the educational information transform has not been well developed because of the lack of funds, so a mature plan has not been formed. How to build the educational information transform and face unfavorable factors, how to develop self special aptitude and improve the quality of education in full scale, all these should be taken into serious consideration.At the background of the full developing educational information transform in our country, we took educational information transform as contents and made a survey among headmasters,teachers,web-administrators and students in 8 secondary hygiene vocational schools in Gansu Province, and so were the latest data obtained. We also adopted scientific methods, found problems and analyzed them. This paper had strategy studies in concept conversion, the development and applications of hardware and software, staff quality, teachers training, cooperation and exchange, improving students' information attainment, etc.
