In recent years, students' mental health problems become more serious and prominent. And the junior secondary level is psychological problems of high incidence period. In view of this present situation, we took junior students of the Quanzhou City and their parents as the object of study and started the study on the relationship between the Quanzhou junior students' mental health and their parenting style. We use EMBU and MSSMHS.The results show that: (1) junior students in Quanzhou mental health is not optimistic, mild psychological problems of the students are 44.8%, and moderate psychological problems are 5.4%; Mental health of students student overall situation there is no significant difference in the male and female, but this factor in depression scores on the girls are significantly higher than that of boys. Different grades of the students in mental health scores and certain factors have significant differences. (2) Some factors of parenting style have some significant differences among different gender, grade of the junior students. (3) The factors of parenting style and the overall level of health and the factors are different degrees of correlation. Parenting style is the important factors in psychological health of junior students in Quanzhou.
