The educational game is more and more popular, but it's still short of design strategy for educational game in China. It is difficult to balance the education factor and game factor in designing. Because the teenagers prefer to scenario than the infants, and the domestic educational games couldn't manage the integration of game scenario and instructional content well, the games can't attract the teenagers efficiently.Therefore, it expatiates on the design method named fuzzy strategy in the paper, having been studied the development of designing strategy all over the world, and cognitive development theory,fuzzy theory,experiential learning theory. Making the instructional content and game scenario into a syncretic relation, so as to promote the players' enthusiasm and joviality whiling immersing in the virtual learning environment and don't noticing his experiencing a learning activity. Finally, the players get an all-around development, while being exerted a subtle influence on.Having accessed the websites about educational game, including downloading the game software to test, evaluating the characteristics of the chosen game, it summarizes the common scene model of the domestic educational game in the research. Been compared with the common scene model, it proposes a scene model of educational game based on fuzzy strategy, and expatiates on the designing flowsheet about how to develop an educational game based on fuzzy strategy in the paper.In the research, taking the teenagers as research objects, choosing the knowledge of the first aid as theme, a case named First Aid has been constructed successfully based on fuzzy strategy. It also expatiates on the constructing process and the key technology used.In the end of the paper, it validates the effect of fuzzy strategy, with the equipment of playing First Aid. In the equipment, the experiment invited testees to test the case, and completed a questionnaire investigation about it. From this research, hope it can bring some inspiration to the designers, as an available solution.
