Chinese course in high school is one of the most important courses that carry forward the tasks of the developmert of the mothertand's culture and national spirit idioms ,as one of the teaching contents in high school ,after thousands of years's creation ,most of them directly reflect of Chinese culture, the meanings of many idoms are deeply imprinted by national culture. Besides, the forn of idioms has been profoundly influnced. In the process of the idioms'selection and demise, the national culture factors play an important role. When foreign words become the Chinese vocabulary, they are often restricted by Chinese culture. In short ,Chinese cluture has an effect on the idioms from many aspects. In langnage expression, the proper use of words is of great importance and can help people vividly and thoroughly express themselves.Idiom is not a special topic to introduce in the current Chinese teaching material, leading to the neglect of this key point. It is precisely the defect resulting in the neglect of the knowledge of idioms, and the students have little knowledge of idioms,either. The characteristics and deep cultural connotation of idioms show that the idiom teaching is very important in enharcing the students'diathesis.This paper demonstrates that the idiom teaching in high school should be strengthered so that it can help students to improve the ability to learn Chinese, to cultivate the ability of imagination, and to promote their interests in reading as well as their writing skills. Therefore, we shorld focus on the voice, font, furetional semanties ahd syntax in idiom teaching.The author of this paper holds the idea that idiom teaching in high school can have a multiplier effect auouding to the following four aspects.1.To identify the source of idioms and provenance. Chinese idiom is a crystallization of splendid culture,and also the"living fossils"of Chinese. So the meaning of idiom is not the simple addition of its literal meaning. Oppositely, the idiom should be taken back to the original era, thinking of the historical conditions at that time, so as to gain a profound understanding of it.Taking narious sources of idiom as standard, we shoulk require students to compile Idiom Etymological Dictionary Therefore, We can not only train atuderts to accumulate agreat number lf, dions, but inprone studerts'abilitg to use these idioms . 2.Idioms originate from ancient times, we should make use of their characteristics in semantics, syntax and so on, contrasting with the classical Chinese. As a result, the related knowledge can be accumulated .3.Only after mastering many idioms can we use them freely Accumulation is the prereguisite of application.4.Comprehesion is the last strategy mentioned in this paper we should vpgrade students'learning ability and promote their overall deuelopment.
