This Paper studies three aspect: First, find out the trait of the Post-graduate Entrance Test Anxiety of junior. Second, probe into the correlation among the Post-graduate Entrance Test Anxiety,the motivation,the self-trust and the coping styles of junior; Third, use group psychological counseling techniques to research the methods for reducing the Post-graduate Entrance Test Anxiety.Research conslusions:First, during the review stage, 28.3% of junior who want to attend the Post-graduate Entrance Test are low level Post-graduate Entrance Test Anxiety. 27.3% of them are high level Post-graduate Entrance Test Anxiety.44.4% of them are during the two degrees.There are significant differences between the three degrees of the Post-graduate Entrance Test Anxiety,and the junior in each degree have traits severally.There is no significant difference between male and female, between the junior who want to enter the key normal university and the ordinary university, between the junior who major in arts and science, between the junior who want the same majors and the junior who want different majors, and among the key normal university,the ordinary university and the newly-built school. There is a significant difference between male an female students in the confidence.Second, there is a significant negative correlation between the the Post-graduate Entrance Test Anxiety and the positive coping styles of junior, that is, the students who solve problems in positive styles are lower level Post-graduate Entrance Test Anxiety than those in passive styles. There is a significant negative correlation between the the Post-graduate Entrance Test Anxiety and the motivation of junior. there is also a significant negative correlation between the the Post-graduate Entrance Test Anxiety and the the self-trust of junior.Third, design an intervention program to reduce test anxiety. The result shows that, differences between the two groups. The result shows that, after the experiment, the decreasing extent of test anxiety scores of the experimental group is more than control group. It means that the intervention can decrease the Post-graduate Entrance Test Anxiety significantly, and it suggests that intervention is effective on decrease of the Post-graduate Entrance Test Anxiety and it can decrease the Post-graduate Entrance Test Anxiety of junior to a certain extent.
