As enterprises and institutions in the society have raised the threshold for the employment of employees’ diplomas,more and more college students are not satisfied with their current undergraduate degrees,which is reflected in the number of postgraduate candidates applying for the the post-graduate entrance test in recent years.At the same time,it is bound to be accompanied by more failure groups,And the proportion of female college students in this group exceeds more than half of the total group(since 2009,the proportion of female students in the enrollment of postgraduate students has exceeded 50%,and has remained above 50% for the next nine years).They will face enormous competitive pressures,which have triggered various degrees of anxiety about postgraduate entrance examination.In addition,the female college students Entrance Examination with the Second Time have strong and fragile self-esteem.Their pride simply is simply hurt,and they are more vulnerable to the anxiety of postgraduate entrance examination.However,excessive anxiety has brought various negative effects on students’ body and mind,especially in the absence of timely intervention from the outside world,which seriously affects students’ normal preparation arrangements and final exam results.Therefore,the main objective of this study is to take intervention measures in combination with social work specialty to help the candidates effectively reduce their academic pressure,reduce the problems caused by the postgraduate entrance examination anxiety,and enhance the students’ ability to resist the postgraduate entrance examination anxietyThrough the in-depth analysis of the reasons and pressure sources of the group’s test anxiety,this study took a college student as an example.Her name is Z and come from the self-study organization e,and used the participatory observation and questionnaire survey to collect data.The patient’s anxiety was assessed with the Postgraduate Examination Anxiety Scale before a test,and the patient’s score was 57 points,indicating that the patient was troubled by anxiety.Combined with the needs assessment of the case owner.Under the guidance of Humanistic therapy and Self-Concept theory,the study adopts the practical method of case work to intervene.Multi-stage intervention services are carried out for the problem of the case owner to help the case owner improve learning attention,enhance learning self-confidence,establish a correct view of interpersonal communication,and improve sleep status.Finally,the anxiety of the case owner promoted his smooth return to normal study and life.Through the evaluation of the effect of the case,it was found that after the intervention,the score of the Postgraduate Examination Anxiety Scale before a test decreased from 57 points to 49 points,which was 8 points lower than the previous anxiety level.The case owner’s anxiety was relieved to a certain extent,which was proved the effectiveness of humanistic therapy in alleviating the anxiety of college students postgraduate entrance examination.
