Education is the key to making the country strong and the people rich, the teacher is the key to vitalizing education, the educational technology is the key to improving the teaching effect, whether educational technology can optimize teaching or not, teachers'modern educational technology quality and ability is the key. Fundamental education informatization will come true, primary and secondary schools teachers'modern technology ability is the key.This paper has analysed teachers'educational technology ability standards of some countries. It has defined the conceptions that are related to modern education technology, and has made it clear that modern educational technology ability is composed of three elements, and has sumed up the characteristics of teachers'educational technology ability. This paper has summarized the main problems that exist in the process of the current middle school teachers'educational technology ability training, by investigating and analyzing the status quo of the teachers'educational technology ability of seven middle schools of Zhengzhou, Xin Xiang, Luoyang, Jiao Zuo, Anyang, five large and medium-sized cities, in Henan province. This paper has put forward the related strategies to improve middle school teachers'educational technology ability, including three aspects, the educational administration, the school leaders and the teachers themselves, by asking teachers, person of the same occupation, experts and others for opinions and suggestions, these strategies has been amended. These stategies that this paper has proposed could offered certain reference for the current teachers'modern educational technology training. |
