The national medium and long-term education reform and development plan outline (2010-2020), "pointed out clearly in the" information technology has a revolutionary influence on education modernization, must be attached great importance to ", to "accelerate" of education informationization, the education information into national informatization development strategy, the information technology teachers' role change, facing the opportunities and challenges, the information technology teachers as the main force of education informationization, the professional level directly affects the process of education informatization development.A new round of curriculum reform in full swing in our country, emphasizing the quality of education at the same time, the teacher put forward higher requirements of the new era, as a new teacher training of full-time master of education, the training goal is the backbone of primary and secondary school teachers, so as the pre-service teachers of full-time master of education should attach great importance to the ascension of their teaching ability, realize the teachers' professional development, in June 2011, the first full-time education master's just graduated, their professional level is in line with the social needs, training goal, not very clear;This study full-time master of education teaching ability and training strategy is very necessary, but in fact, the current study of full-time master of education teaching ability is limited, specific to the modern education technology professional full-time master of education, less research on the teaching ability of the author's research interest is created.Research method of literature analysis structure and dimension information technology teachers' teaching ability, and by adopting the combination of questionnaire and interview research method, on the modern education technology professional full-time education S university master of information technology teachers teaching ability and the training status of in-depth investigation and analysis, and concluded the advantages and problems of education master's teaching ability, the analysis of problems existing in the training at the same time, explore the reasons, and then in view of the problem put forward to perfect the teaching ability training mode of promotion strategy.This research is divided into five parts:The first part mainly include the research background, the selected topic reason, the purpose and meaning of the study, research methods and ideas;As well as to related research review and evaluation.The second part according to the model building structure table of primary and middle school information technology teachers' teaching abilities.The third part is based on the division of primary and middle school information technology teaching ability structure of the table on the modern education technology professional full-time education S university master's teaching ability and the training status questionnaire survey and interviews, the results of the investigation and analysis, research conclusion.The fourth part is on the modern education technology professional full-time master of education in the process of cultivation problems, put forward the corresponding improvement strategy.Fifth part of this research summary and prospect, and points out the deficiency of this research and thinking for further research.
