With the arising of Internet and the rapid development of modern information technology, the IT wave has swept over the globe and posed a serious challenge against traditional education. Every country sets it as a direction for the development of future education to push on IT-based education. China also takes strong measures to fasten the development of IT-based education. The education information is not merely on an information-based environmental construction but mostly on application and in which the teacher plays a key role. How to promote the teachers to use modern educational technology in teaching, has already become a major subject for research to vast educators.In the thesis, aiming at the teachers of about eight key high schools in Nanchang city, and combining the research method of questionnaire survey and with that of interview. Through the investigation of the current situation of teacher using modern educational technology and the analysis of its influence factor, we carried out the effective way of promoting the teacher of primary and middle school of Nanchang city to use modern educational technology.The result of the survey shows there are a few problems in the teaching of using modern educational technology. The concrete manifestation is: First, valuing hardware and despising software in the environmental construction of modern education technology. Being seriously lack of the software resources and low utilization rate of hardware. Paying insufficient attention to teacher educational technology training, and the measures of encouragement are insufficient. Second, teachers can't understand rightly the importance of modern educational technology in teaching and application. Third, the basic theory of teacher's educational technology is short. Fourth, due to the shortage of the teacher's training, teacher's educational technology abilities are somewhat low.In order to solve the above existence problems, the writer puts forward the following strategies: continuing to strengthen the environmental construction of modern education technology; Paying great attention to the teacher's educational technology application and innovation idea; reinforcing the teacher's training, improving teacher's application abilities of modern educational technology; Establishing a set of scientific appraisal system; Setting up the model function of the modern education technology demonstration school. |
