Research On Improving The Incentive Mechanism In University

As the main focus of knowledge and talent, universities play very important roles in the entire national innovation system. So the role of scientific research in universities on the knowledge innovation should not be underestimated. At present, a number of research universities with high scientific level and strong technologic strength are coming into being. Research tasks aiming at national level, Technologic funds and innovation bases are obviously assembling into these universities. Researchers in college have becoming the main force of the technologic innovations in China. Therefore, how to improve researchers Initiatives and make full use of their potentials, how to stimulate the enthusiasm of research personnel become the key issues relating the development of scientific research.Improving research Enthusiasm in college is the starting point in this article. The present situation and cause analysis of the research incentive mechanism in universities are mentioned by the methods of literature analysis and linking theory with practice. Understanding the needs of researchers according to their specialties such as personnel differential, academic background and research fields is part of this article. To determine the principle including people-oriented, fair and transparent, common-personality combination and incentive means of diversification is studied in this paper. The incentive factors to determine universities research incentive mechanism by following some certain theories include economy, organization, research backgrounds etc. Thus the incentive measures of effectively building the research incentive mechanism's innovative system in college is made by building the dynamic mechanism, operating mechanism, adjustment mechanism and feedback mechanism.
