Research On Incentive Mechanism Of Teachers In Universities

Teachers in universities has their own characteristics which are not similar to the emplyees in companies:pursue freedom,focus on contribution,seek after development in career,and have complex and various requirements.Therefore, this research is not only different from the researches on incentive mechanism in marketing management of enterprises, but also incentive mechanism for general employees in enterprises.This dissertation researches on teachers in universities who are totally different from ordinary meterial producers.To the extent that the incentive mechanism in universities can not copy enterprise incentive mechanism completely,we should analyze the issues of teachers in universities which based on analyze the characteristics of teachers in universities first.The topic of the dissertation is about construction of teacher's incentive mechanism.The dissertation analyzes current issues of Hunan Normal University,in the hope of figuring out the key problem.The dissertation try to design an incentive mechanism which is sustanable,rulable and suitable for unviersities,hopes other universities can use as a source of reference in the course of developing.For this reason,the dissertation has significant effects of stablize talents,inspirse enthusiasm,increase efficiency, and realize long-term development.The dissertation can be divided into four parts:Partâ… summarizes the background,the value,the aim of this study,discusses the situation of existent studies and then elucidates the methods and thoughts of this study.Partâ…¡analyses and evaluates the meaning of current incentive mechanism,elucidates the characteristics of teachers in univeristies on psychology,economics and management,then take above conclusions as a theoretical principle.Partâ…¢takes Hunan Normal University as an example, anayles the current teacher incentive mechanism at Hunan Normal University,through a series of researches and investments, finds the defects in incentive mechanism and analyzes the reasons which cause the problems.The last part,on the base of above analysis,focuss on plan, principle,strategy to improve the incentive mechanism in Hunan Normal University,then builds an general incentive mechanism.
