The Research Of Improving Mechanism Of Graduate Students' Academic Morality Level

Academic research is the principal task of the graduate students. Their academic morality level is the important guarantee of the quality of their cultivation. But, in these years, the academic morality level of graduate students appears the trend of decline for being affected by the bad factors of the society. The behaviors that disobey the academic morality often appear among the graduate students. And even some graduate students don't regard these behaviors as ingloriousness, but take them as honor. The problem of the graduate students'academic morality is more and more attracting people's attention.Improving the academic morality level of the graduate students is a complicate system engineering. This research investigates the effective solving way of this problem from the angle of mechanism. The graduate students'academic morality level is mainly affected by four factors. They are education, motivating, estimating and supervising, and law. Education is the foundation of improving the graduate students'academic morality level, and the most long-acting power to promote its development; Motivating supplies the inside power for improving the graduate students'academic morality level, and stimulates the graduate students'vigor of academic research; Estimating and supervising supply the exterior guarantee for improving the graduate students'academic morality level. And the effective supervising is based on the objective and scientific estimating. Estimating supplies the basis for supervising; Comparing with the rules and institution, law has the more powerful binding force, and supplies the most forceful exterior guarantee for the graduate students'academic morality level.According to above four main factors, this research establishes four mechanism systems that are relative independent and have the special functions, including education mechanism motivating mechanism estimating and supervising mechanism and law mechanism. These four mechanisms are independent with each other. At same time, they also relate affect and react to each other. Only when the four mechanisms are related and react to each other, the whole improving mechanism of graduate students'academic morality level can work to the limit. So, to establish the improving mechanism of graduate students'academic morality level, on one hand, it depends on the consummating of four independent mechanism; on the other hand, it also dependents on the reaction between these four mechanisms to function the whole mechanism.
