This paper enumerate the difference of private education at homeand abroad, analyse the current development situation at home andabroad and the current research situation of motivation mechanism onteachers between common universities and private education. Itpointing out that the faculty of teacher is the bottle neck of thedevelopment in the non-government colleges, so , the construction ofteaching staff of private universities and the construct ion the system ofstimulation is very important to the private school.This paper overview concepts of the theory of motivation at first,reviewing the theory of motivation abroad, by the method thecomparative analysis, the paper discuss the stimulation mechanism in themanagement of college teacher, and it analyse the discrepancy ofteacher' s generality and individuality between non-governmental andgovernmental school. All this establish the base for enspiriting theirteachers in non-government school.The paper make use of two factor theory on principal-agent,discourse upon the the main content and influencingfactors of thedesign of incentive mechanisms. Based on the preference of the facultyof private school, it build the utility function, constituting a model basedon utility theory in the private school. Based on above works, make useof the material and spiritual excitation, the paper construct a new modelbased on the two factor theory in private school.With WL college' s incentive mechanism for example, according to inquisition the WL college teacher's main source, find out the WL collegeexistent key problem of teacher's troops, analyzed WL college a teacherto encourage to obtain of result and blemish, usage the model set up, putforward that school should adopt measure in encourage the teacher. Thesemeasures include: The establishment has a competition ability, highincentive salary system, strengthen a social guarantee to encourage, thesound teacher train system, construct a good work environment, createthe system environment that teacher's democracy participates and set upthe youth teacher's corpus to encourage a mechanism etc.
