The institution moral education theory is another new innovation after life moral education, active moral education, dialog moral education, emotional moral education and appreciative moral education. The analysis on the mechanism of institution moral education which includes its structure and its operation law could help moral education workers draw up and implement school institutions. At present, there is still a lot of innovation space on this subject. This essay is divided into five chapters.In the chapter of introduction, the topic resource of "mechanism of institution moral education" has been described. It comes from two aspects: first, the consideration about low efficiency of moral education; second, the writers practice. Based on the summary of related research, the purpose and meaning of this study has been clarified, whats more, research methods and technique route has also been decided.The first chapter is the connotation of institution moral education. Based on predecessors research, the connotation of institution moral education has been defined. Institution moral education is morality cultivation activities in a circumstance of institution. It includes two aspects: first is to use institution morality to foster individual morality; second is to construct moral institutions. Mechanism of institution refers to relation between factors and their operation regulations.The second chapter is about the structure of mechanism of institution. After analysis of predecessors, the structure of mechanism of institution could be divided into four parts: exception mechanism, motivation mechanism, restriction mechanism and identification mechanism. Analysis on practice using these regulations would be followed. The third chapter elaborates the current of institution moral education in our country. The writer think that we should discuss the question from five point of views: whether institution is moral; whether institution plays motiving and restraining role; whether teachers implement institution moral education and whether students accept it.The fourth chapter gives some advice on optimizing the mechanism of institution moral education. After analysis on currency of institution moral education, here is some advice: first, deepen the philosophy of institution moral education, realize the function of institution; second, grasp the principle, optimize the construction of moral institution; third, pay more attention to arts; fourth, strengthen the restrict mechanism, emphasize inspection during institutions execution; last, attach importance to institution environment, promote the formulation of students institution morality.
