In the new historical era, strengthen and improve college students ideological and political education is an important and necessitous strategy task. The staff of college student's ideological and political education is the principal part of this work and plays the dominant role. Thus, the staff construction of college student's ideological and political education is the organization guarantee and human basis for strengthening and improving college student's education. However, facing the new situation and requirement, the construction step of our college student's ideological and political education was seriously legged, can't adapt itself to its development, and can't satisfy the requirement of itself.
