Research On The Construction Of College Ideological And Political Work Staff In The New Era

The party central committee has put ideological and political work in a prominent place since the party held the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China.The college student's ideological and political work team plays a dominant role.Thus,the construction of college student's ideological and political work team is the organization guarantee and human basis for strengthening and improving ideological and political work.Nevertheless,facing the new requirement of new era,the construction step of our college student's ideological and political lags far behind.Therefore,the urgent affairs of strengthening and improving college student's ideological and political work in the new era are exploring how to strengthen the construction of ideological and political work team and improving the integral quality of ideological and political staff.Base on the actuality of current college student's ideological and political education work team and the target of high-quality,professional and innovative teacher,this thesis analyzes domestic and foreign literatures,and puts forward the main countermeasure for the construction of ideological and political work team in new era,including setting up a concept of cooperation of ideological and political work team,broadening the selection horizon and strictly control selection,improving educational training and improving the work team construction mechanism.The first part introduces the background and significance of the research,the research status at home and abroad,innovation,ideas and methods of the study.The second part expatiate the actuality of current college student's ideological and political education work team.Firstly,it objectively summarizes the main achievements of staff construction.College student's ideological and political education staff contains party and administration cadres,communist youth league cadres,ideology and politics teachers,counselors and class teacher.The structure of ideological and political staff has been optimized,disciplinary construction has been rapidly developed,quality of professional staff has been obviously improved and the basis system construction of staff has been elementarily founded,which promote the development of college student's ideological and political education theory and practice.Afterward,it specifically points out some existed problems,the work team is lacks of communication,the work team's quality can't adapt the demands of the development of the work in new era,the system of staff construction is imperfect,selection and assessment unable to satisfy the needs of construction and development.The third part analyzes the main reason of the existed problems in the construction of college students' ideological and political work staff.It mainly analyzes in three aspects: the understanding of the staff function orientation is not enough,the staff work at their own pace and they have subjective factors.The forth part puts forward the main countermeasure for the construction of ideological and political work team in new era.In order to realize the full-scale education,whole process education and full direction education,we should set up a concept of cooperation of ideological and political work team to make ideological and political work throughout the education;we should broaden the selection horizon and strictly control selection for the vitality of the work team;In order to realize work team specialization construction,we need to fulfill the training measures and strive to improve the overall quality professionalization;we should establish a scientific and reasonable management system and mechanisms for ideological and political work staff.
