At present,vocational education is in a beautiful and splendid spring.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that vocational education is an important component of the national education system and human resources development.It is also an important way for the majority of young people to open the door to succeed.Thus,we must attach great importance to it and speed up the development so that everyone will have outstanding opportunities in life.And ensure to improve the quality of college students,one of the backbone is the student affairs staff.The main body of the team is the school academic cadres,Communist Youth League cadres,counselors and class teachers,who are the backbone of carrying out the quality education of college students,is the guidance for the healthy growth of college students.Therefore,to strengthen the construction of student affairs staff and to perfect the systems and mechanisms,from a wide aspect,it's an important work relates to national destiny,while from a narrow aspect,it relates to the stable development of the school,the healthy growth of the students,and the significance of fully implement the education policy.This paper explores research methods,such as literature induction,comparison method,and questionnaire survey.First,the paper combs the research on student affairs construction and the related research both at home and abroad;and then,discusses the higher vocational colleges,students affairs staff and XYZ theoretical concepts so comprehensively that lays a theoretical basis for the following writing.Secondly,this paper analyses the present situation of DY vocational college student affairs staff,laying a solid basis for the analysis of DY vocational college student affairs construction.Through questionnaire,the paper summarizes the current taken measures and achievements and excavates the problems and reasons in student affairs staff construction.The main problems are non-standard equipment,unclear responsibilities,non-system training,unsound evaluation,unsmooth export and unpractical performance.Finally combining with the basic characteristics and basic properties of higher vocational education,this paper will draw lessons from the advanced and mature idea,experience and mode,and adjust measures to local conditions to the implementation of the scientific construction with the direction of XYZ theory.This will make the student affairsstaff self-satisfied and complete the job better at the same time.It will make them a platform and development space and fully arouse their working enthusiasm and creativity,forming a good atmosphere and working pattern for teaching,management and service.
