Teachers are the organizers of teaching activities. They are the main variables which affect the teaching results. Teachers must make their efforts to promote the comprehensive development of individuals. The regression of educational life value makes people put question to "the knowledge character of education". "Knowledge does not mean wisdom, knowledge about things, the wisdom about life." Therefore, realizing the rouse of "educational wisdom character" and "transforming knowledge into wisdom" becomes the main function of education.Teaching is human-oriented activities. The diversity and complexity of people make teaching activities have a lot of uncertainty. However, as the main subject of teaching activities, they must seek certainty in uncertainty .This course means that teachers must have practical wisdom in the teaching activities which is teaching wisdom. The lacking of teaching wisdom is the main dilemmas of the primary education reform.. The new curricular reform stressed on the three dimensional curriculum goals harmonious between "knowledge and skill", "process and method" and "emotion manner values". The opening and generative of the course content, the multivariate and individuality of the curriculum evaluation make teaching process to be a dynamic organic system. This requires teachers to have more teaching wisdom. The teachers who have high sense of effectiveness contrast to the teachers who have a lower sense of effectiveness, they have the ability to control the classroom situation, straighten out his or her position quickly and use teaching wisdom making incident as effective teaching materials. They eliminate the disadvantage factors to achieve effective teaching as soon as possible.The research used synthetically the method of philology, questionnaire, correlation analysis and SPSS statistical analysis. The results are as follows:I . Teaching wisdom, knowledge wisdom of teaching, methods wisdom of teaching, and organizational form wisdom of teaching showed a significant positive correlation on the title among junior high school teachers .wisdom of teaching feedback is significantly negative correlation on seniority, but it is not significantly different on other factors. Teaching wisdom is not significantly different on educational history. Thus, titles and seniority are more important factors.II. Teaching efficacy is not significantly different on titles and educational history among junior high school teachers. Teacher's general teaching efficacy is significantly different on seniority, high seniority teachers with low levels of the general teaching efficacy. Therefore, seniority is the more important influencing factors.III. Teaching wisdom and teaching efficacy interact significantly.According to the analysis of cause of formation, the study draws inspiration on psychological health and balance, teachers training model and teachers evaluation mechanism tries to put forward strategies to promote teaching wisdom and upgrade teaching efficacy.
