Research On The Current Situation Of The Mathematics Teachers' Teaching Efficiency In Senior High School In Laiwu City

The teaching efficiency is a belief that lies in teachers'carrying out some teaching activity and it is also the key aspect of explaining the teaching intentions.What's more,the teaching efficiency has a deep influence on the teachers'enthusiasm , extent to teaching and adherence before difficulties. The teaching efficiency is divided into two aspects,namely common teachintg efficiency and individual teaching efficiency according to Bandura's self efficiency theory.In the past researches on the teaching efficiency ,many researchers limited their researches to the following aspects:some researchers inspire into the related factors and cultivating strageties macroscopicly,some compare the differences of the teaching efficiency between subjects or some only study the characteristics of Chinese,English or P.E.,which fail to analyse the teaching efficiency concretely and deeply.As a result,I want to make a deep study of the current situations and and counter measures of the mathematics teachers' teaching efficiency in senior high school in Laiwu City on the basis of my own teaching experience,hoping to provide new methods and angles of view for the mathematics teachers' teaching efficiency in senior high school through this research.At the same time,this research can cultivate and improve the teaching efficiency and supply the reference,realizing the teachers'sustaintial development ly and teahing quality.This thesis is made up of four parts:Part one introduce the necessity and meanings of the teaching efficiency.Part two provides the related theorial basis and practical research.Part three is the concrete research. Part four gives the reasonable advice on the teaching efficiency according to the research.This thesis aims to explore current situation of the mathematics teachers' teaching efficiency in senior high school in Laiwu City , with the method of investigation and study. Using teacher efficacy scale, the subjects were 122 mathematics teachers from senior high school, Laiwu City ,Shandong province. There were 114 valid questionnaires among 122 questionnaires. The statistical software of spss 16.0 was used to analyze the data. The conclusions are drawn like the following:1.The overall level of sense of teaching efficiency is at the middle and sub-middle level;2.There was not significant difference in the teaching efficacy between sex, educational degree , types of schools and titles.3.The personal teaching efficiency of the female teachers is quite higher than the male ones.4.The teaching efficiency of the key schools teachers is much higher than the regular schools ones.5.The overall level of sense of teaching efficiency rises and falls with teaching years gradually.6.The teaching efficacy of teachers whose first academic credentials is undergraduates is a lot higher than the ones whose first academic credentials is specialized...
